Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Ultimate Istanbul Tours. By booking and participating in our tours and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pricing and Availability

• All prices quoted are valid on the date specified and are subject to change without notice until a non-refundable deposit is made.

2. Booking Information

• Tour participants are responsible for providing correct name, surname, and father’s name (first name of your father) on the booking form.
• Passport copies with name and surname information must be submitted with the booking form.
• Tour participants must insert the correct tour date in the format DAY/MONTH/YEAR.

3. Flight Arrangements

• Ultimate Istanbul Tours will arrange flight tickets based on the information provided in the booking form.
• Ultimate Istanbul Tours is not responsible for flight cancellations by the airline company.
• Delayed international flights leading to missing domestic flights are the responsibility of tour participants.

4. Itinerary Planning

• The itineraries do not connect domestic flights to international flights, and we recommend a minimum of 12 hours between them.
• Luggage allowance for domestic flights in Turkey is 15 kgs; extra luggage may incur additional fees.
• Changing tour dates may result in additional fees for new flight tickets, tour cancellations, and rearrangements.

5. Additional Charges

• If flight ticket prices increase due to last-minute bookings, religious festivals, or other factors, additional charges may be applied.
• Flights to Izmir after the Cappadocia tour can be direct or via Istanbul, depending on availability.

6. Transfers

• Airport transfers for group tours are done with airport shuttles. Private transfers are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Cave hotels may not have air conditioning in the rooms.

7. Hot Air Balloon Tours

• Cancellations for hot air balloon tours are determined by Turkish Civil Aviation, not by Ultimate Istanbul Tours. Cancellation decisions are weather-dependent.
• Availability of hot air balloon tours depends on season and balloon company; we do not guarantee specific flights.

8. Cappadocia Tours

• Depending on the day, either North Cappadocia or South Cappadocia tour will be assigned.
• For solo travelers, the Pamukkale-Konya-Cappadocia (or vice versa) route may be conducted by plane.
• Clients can upgrade their service by paying extra for private transfers if desired.

9. Hotel Accommodations

• Hotel conditions may vary, and some cave hotels may not have air conditioning in the rooms.
• Triple rooms are arranged with additional beds, and original triple rooms may not be available.
• Guests are advised to book additional rooms if they prefer separate accommodations.

10. Blue Cruise Experience

Experience the beauty of the Blue Cruise with Ultimate Istanbul Tours. Our Blue Cruise departs three days a week, offering you the chance to embark on a journey that captures the essence of the Mediterranean. To make your experience even more memorable, we provide the flexibility to adjust your itinerary.

Our reservation department is here to cater to your preferences. We can shift or add free days to your Blue Cruise itineraries based on your preferences. We believe that travel should be as unique as you are, and we’re here to make it happen.

For solo travelers, our Blue Cruise cabins are designed with shared accommodations to foster a sense of camaraderie. However, if you prefer a single cabin for added privacy, please inform our tour consultant. We offer single cabin arrangements for those seeking a more personal experience, although extra charges may apply.

11. Cancellation Policy

At Ultimate Istanbul Tours, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy designed to provide peace of mind during these uncertain times. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

Reservations can be canceled by sending a written notice via email to Ultimate Istanbul Tours. We accept such cancellations under the following conditions:

• If you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that the 30% deposit is non-refundable for any reason.
• Cancellations made between 15 days and 7 days before your scheduled arrival will incur a 50% non-refundable charge based on the total amount.
• For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your arrival or in case of a no-show, no refund will be provided. The total amount will be charged to your credit card.

12. Peace of Mind Program

We recognize that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we want to offer you peace of mind when planning your travels. With our Peace of Mind program, we’ve developed a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to adapt to changing situations.

• Change Booking Dates: You have the freedom to postpone your vacation by selecting an alternative booking date that suits your schedule and preferences. We want you to travel when it feels right for you.
• Receive Credit if Plans Change: If you find it challenging to choose new travel dates at the time of cancellation, we offer Credit for Future Tours. This means we’ll convert your booking into credit that can be applied to a future trip, ensuring you don’t miss out on your travel dreams.
