We’ll meet you at Istanbul Galata Port. Our team will provide you the exact meeting point and details upon your Istanbul Port Tour booking.

Important Notes to Our Guests
As all the highlights of this tour are located in a big pedestrian square, the tour will be on foot. Because of this, we mainly use the private minibus for pick-up and drop-off service. There is no way to use a private car/minibus to drive in a big pedestrian square from one site to another.

• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level.
• Istanbul Port Tour is not recommended for pregnant guests and travelers with back problems.
• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• Tour runs with a minimum of 4 pax.
• Ultimate Istanbul Tours has the right to cancel the trip without notice if the tour doesn’t reach the minimum group size. You can definitely find your own fellow cruisers for our tours.
• Only the cruise ship passengers can join the tour.

Operating Days of the Museums
In the winter season, Hagia Sophia Museum is not open on Mondays between the 1st of November to the 31st of March. Therefore we visit Basilica Cistern Museum on Mondays in winter.
Topkapi Palace is not open on Tuesdays. Therefore we visit Basilica Cistern Museum on Tuesdays.
Grand Bazaar is not open on Sundays. Therefore we visit Spice Market on Sundays.
Blue Mosque opens at 2.30 pm on Fridays. So, interior visits are impossible for the cruise ships departing in the early afternoon.

What to Bring & Wear?
As this tour includes a visit to Blue Mosque, ladies and gentlemen are supposed to dress appropriately by covering their shoulders and ensuring coverage past their knees. Ladies will have to cover their heads. Scarves are available for ladies and gentlemen, if they have shorts, at the mosque entrance, but feel free to bring your own scarf to use. There are no other dress codes except the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Mosque.
As this is a walking tour, you need comfortable shoes.
