CULINARY ADVENTURES

Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience where you’ll explore the art of Turkish cuisine and create a delightful five-course meal to savor with family and friends back home. Our classes are conducted primarily in English, but we can also accommodate Italian or Turkish upon request for private groups. We cater to vegetarians, those with allergies, and those with gluten intolerance, so please let us know your dietary preferences in advance.

What We Offer:

  • Diverse Menus: If you’re looking for variety, we’ve got you covered! Choose from a wide range of menus in our cooking repertoire.
  • Private Classes: Want a more personalized experience? Private classes are available, with pricing based on the number of participants and availability.
  • Local Recommendations: Ask us for restaurant recommendations and culinary walk suggestions to enhance your gastronomic journey.

Our Concept:

During our classes, you’ll not only learn fundamental cooking techniques but also pick up some clever culinary tricks. Most importantly, you’ll master the art of crafting a spectacular five-course Turkish feast. After the hands-on cooking session, we’ll gather in our restaurant for a delightful meal paired with local wines and engaging conversation while fellow diners begin to join us. As a bonus, any surplus portions prepared during the class may find their way onto our restaurant’s menu, ensuring you have ample practice while our restaurant guests enjoy freshly prepared dishes.

When, What, and How:

  • Operating Days: Monday through Saturday (We’re closed on Sundays).
  • Price: USD 80 per person for cash payments or USD 90 per person for credit card payments.
  • Timing:
    • Lunch: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM
    • Dinner: 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Our classes typically last 2 to 3 hours and include an introduction to the dishes and their origins, followed by hands-on cooking. We then gather to relish our creations alongside local wines. Classes are primarily conducted in English, but for private groups, we’re happy to teach in Italian or Turkish. You’ll actively participate in every crucial step of the preparation process, ensuring you can recreate these dishes at home.

We’re flexible and can accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, and allergies—just inform us at the time of reservation. If you’re interested in multiple classes, we offer various menus in our cooking repertoire and may provide discounts.

Booking Details:

To confirm a class, we require a minimum of 2 participants. If you’re traveling solo, share your available dates with us, and we’ll confirm once we have another participant. Our class size can accommodate up to 10 participants.

Private Classes: Gather a group of at least 8 participants, and we’ll keep your class private, subject to availability. Even if you have fewer than 8, we can still arrange a private class if you pay for 8 slots.

Corporate Team Building: Looking for a unique team-building experience? Our culinary team-building programs are perfect for fostering team morale, hosting annual meetings, or celebrating moving into new spaces. Cooking and dining together create joyful and inclusive bonding opportunities for your team.
